Throughout his career, he acquired solid management experience and developed what still drives him today: taking on new challenges, building strong teams, and offering an experience that makes customers want to return.
His two years with Sushi Taxi allowed him to discover the brand from the inside, to fully understand its reality, and, above all, to connect with its values and vision.
Becoming a franchisee therefore presented itself as the natural next step in his career.
